FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and is intended for production of food products, in particular, fish-and-vegetable crisps. Method involves defrosting fish raw material and mixing it with the rest of the components. Initial components are represented by tilapia fillet 49.0 wt. %, “Hercules” oat flakes 15.0 wt. %, carrots 14.0 wt. %, beetroot 9.5 wt. %, pumpkin seeds powder 9.0 wt. %, dried dill 2.4 wt. %, iodized salt 1.05 wt. %, CO2-extract of allspice 0.05 wt. %.
EFFECT: invention ensures improvement of organoleptic indices of fish-vegetable crisps.
