SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. Method and the device are intended for power supply mainly to mobile consumers of the electric power using electrochemical accumulators as a primary source of an electricity. Method and device can be used to create power supply systems for electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, electric cars, electric aircraft and other consumers. Electrochemical battery and a controlled chopper (breaker) are used to set the required battery discharge current to be so much less than the nominal load current, how many times its voltage is greater than the nominal load voltage. Device contains a high-voltage battery, lowering the chopper, its control unit, a choke without a core. In this case, the chopper sets the required frequency and duration of the throttle pump pulses.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention lies in the fact that the battery discharge current is significantly reduced, its real capacity and working resource are increased.
