FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods decreasing the flatness distortion in products out of alloy. Method of straightening of products out of alloy selected from plates and sheets includes heating of the product out of alloy to first temperature, at least equal to temperature of martensitic transformation start of the given alloy, application of the mechanical force to the specified product out of alloy at first temperature to repair using the applied mechanical force the flatness distortion on surface of the given product, air cooling of the specified product out of alloy to second temperature not exceeding temperature of martensitic transformation end of the given alloy. At that application of the specified mechanical force to the specified product out of alloy is continued for at least part of air cooling stage of the product out of alloy from first temperature to second temperature. Under this option straightening of the products out of alloys selected from plates and sheets of air hardened high-strength steel is performed comprising heating of the product out of air hardened high-strength steel made in form of the plate or sheet.

EFFECT: reduced flatness distortion of the products out of alloy.
