FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to power industry. Transition part of combustion chamber can lead combustion gas into hot gas flow course between tubular combustion chamber and first turbine stage in a gas turbine. Transition part of combustion chamber includes duct with side wall extended downstream beyond the outlet and encompasses first resonating cavity at least partially, and at least one side wall extension features resonator orifice in the form of Helmholtz damper neck. Additionally invention describes tubular combustion chamber and gas turbine including transition part as per invention. Additionally invention describes method of gas turbine upgrade and method of boroscopic inspection of gas turbine.
EFFECT: prevention of thermoacoustic effect between combustion chambers.
