FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: endoscopic sanitation produce necrotic cavity. Drain the cavity with antiseptic solution. Feeding and removing the solution from the cavity is performed by providing an overpressure in the cavity. Transparency of the water environment is maintained sufficient to identify viable and non-viable tissue. Removing the solvent is carried out under visual control. Branch tissue seizures carried out by the manipulation tool through the channel of the flexible video endoscope.
EFFECT: provides an efficient way to reorganize the retroperitoneal space in the treatment of pancreatic necrosis, abscesses, abscesses of other aetiology, reduces the risk of postoperative complications due to minimally invasive removal of nonviable tissue under visual control of the expanded solution space.
