FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: instrument for intestinal anastomosis formation comprises two branches with rings and a lock at one end and a working portion at an opposite one. The working portion represents clamping and supporting elements. The clamping element is provided with a reciprocating and vertically movable crossbar. At the end, the crossbar has two perpendicular blades in parallel with each other. At the end of the clamping element, there are two blade slots twice as long as the blades. On its inner surface, the supporting element bears two long parallel sockets long enough to mate the slots on the clamping element.
EFFECT: using the invention enables creating the uniform intestinal tissue distribution that prevents suture cutting-out.
