FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: this device comprises digital camera with remote lens, computer, brightness and colour control device and sandwiched coating. The latter consists of heat-insulation ply, ply of dielectric luminescence dyes applied as colour spots, ply of translucent emitter electrode as electrically-insulated sites configured like said colour spots, ply of translucent electric chromium material, ply of solid electrolyte and ply of translucent collector electrode. Note here that emitter and collector electrodes are electrically connected with outputs of brightness and colour control device.
EFFECT: ruled out object disclosure in IR band, expanded applications in visible range.
