FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: operation method of an electric kettle, in which a water tank is used. A control unit performs obtainment of hot water by means of a heating element. The water tank is provided with a pressure sensor, a tight cover having a protection valve, and an outlet tube. The control unit performs obtainment of hot and cooled water by means of the pressure sensor provided in the tank, an outlet water temperature sensor, a cooled water temperature sensor and a fan; with that, the protection valve releases pressure in the tank when pressure exceeds threshold value Pmax. Tank pressure P is controlled by the pressure sensor. The control unit switches on the heating element when tank pressure P decreases below threshold value Po, with that, value Po is higher than external atmospheric pressure. The control unit switches off the heating element at tank pressure P that is higher than threshold value Po. Tank water temperature Thot and cooled water temperature Tcooled is controlled by temperature sensors. The control unit switches on or off the heating element and the fan depending on temperature values.
EFFECT: obtaining hot and cooled degassed water.
