SUBSTANCE: on-line system is disclosed, that comprises an intelligent washing machine that is made with the ability of simple and inexpensive use of the intellectual washing machine. Also an advanced type of intelligent household appliance is disclosed, an online system comprising it, and the method to use the on-line system. The washing machine communicates with the server, it is controlled remotely by an external terminal through the server and has a control panel for the user interface. The control panel comprises a mode selection unit, an option selection unit, a start button, a display unit for displaying the status information of the washing machine, and an input unit of the activation of the remote service to set or cancel the activation of the remote service according to the user's selection. The remote control is carried out only when the activation of the remote service is set.
