SUBSTANCE: household appliance comprises a controller made with the ability to process the data on status, including initial data corresponding to the operation state of the household appliance, and to output the diagnostic data indicating whether or not there was an error during the operation of the household appliance; a tag device connected to the controller and made with the ability to exchange the data with an external device by an operation of the tag creation, and the tag device comprises a memory device for the tag, which receives and stores the data on the status and the diagnostic data; a receiving and transmitting device that transmits data on the state and the diagnostic data when the communication of short range with an external device is established; and a detection device which detects a state of the household appliance. At that the controller updates the data on the state and the diagnostic data stored in the memory device for the tag when the detection device detects that a predetermined event has occurred. And the said event comprises one of the following: when the detection device detects again the operation state of the household appliance, when the detection device detects that an error occurred during the operation of the household appliance, when the detection device detects that the power supply to the household appliance was interrupted, or when the connector of the household appliance was disconnected.
