SUBSTANCE: when switch (SW1) is set as switched-off, and switch (SW2) is set as switched-on, voltage of a terminal lead (205) SigOut is stabilised by means of reference voltage, and offset voltage is applied to a capacitor (C1). By changing over the switch (SW2) from the switched-on state to the switched-off state at the offset voltage saved in the capacitor (C1), a detection signal that is entered through the terminal lead (201) SigIn is amplified by means of the reference voltage as a reference level, and an amplified signal is output from the terminal lead (205) SigOut.
EFFECT: providing possible amplification of an input signal containing a low-frequency component.
