For this purpose the application of 4-acetamidophenyl 2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexylcarbonate in the production of a medication for the treatment of the said conditions is claimed. A composition for teeth care, containing an orally acceptable carrier and a therapeutically effective quantity of a MMP-13 inhibitor in the form of 4-acetamidophenyl 2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexylcarbonate is also claimed.
