SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Car comprises the part with first and second electric conductors (102, 106). The latter can possess appropriate potentials with difference above 5000 V at definite moment of car operation. Insulating wall (124, 126) extends at a distance from at least one of said first and second conductors (102, 106) and has first point (P1, P2) nearby first conductor (106) and second point (P′1, P′2) nearby second conductor (102). Said wall has at least one crimp between first and second points located so that said points along wall (124, 126) are separated by preset spacing to prevent arcing between said two conductors.
EFFECT: higher reliability due to better insulating properties.
