DEVICE FOR FIXING ELECTRIC MECHANISMS ON FRAMED WIRING BOARD USED FOR ELECTRIC MECHANISMS OF DIFFERENT FUNCTIONALITY Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC H05K7/02 

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to a device for fixing electric mechanisms placed inside the base case on a framed wiring board. The device is comprised of a base case (1) having at its two front surfaces two vertical guide flanges (8) opposed symmetrically against respective cuts (7) at vertical surfaces (6) of the wiring board (2). The flanges (8) slide in the cuts (7) during the motion of the base case (1) in order to be positioned finally inside the framed wiring board (2) preventing swinging or side moving of the case. The cuts (7) have a contour limiting the upper zone (7a), which is slightly open and lowered to the edge of the wiring board (2), wide central zone (7b) and straight lower section (7c). A tab (3) is placed against the central cut (7) and a clamp (5) is lowered to the edge of the framed wiring board (2). At that pressure is applied to the clamp (5) and tab (3), which moves towards the inner area of the base case (1) returning to the initial position when the based case (1) reaches its final position and the clamp (5) enters the wide zone (7b) of the cut (7) being fixed by the clamp. The base case (9) of a less width has one vertical guide flange (10).

EFFECT: increased rigidity of the permanent fixture and positional stability of the removable base case in regard to the framed wiring board.
