A vertical element is located between the base plate and a top plate with the pair of opposite flanges, and forms the opposite first surface and second surface. At least the first surface serves as a support for a spacer designed to prevent adjoining the opposite edges of a first panel and a second panel, at least for the time of building the panel system.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of thermal expansion of panels.
