SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of heat insulation materials. Prepared melt is discharged from pool via sleeve shaped to cone with 10 degrees angle and communicating tap hole with melt pool. Cross-section of melt tapping bore is decreased by spinning of shutter composed of cylinder with inclined lower part.
EFFECT: higher reliability, ease of repair.
