FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electromechanical processing system including the anode. This system comprises the tool with cathode and vessel. The latte allows dipping of sais tool and blank to be processed. Control system allows gradual displacement of said tool and said blank towards each other for processing when said tool and blank are dipped in said vessel. Power source supplies voltage through the gap between said tool and said blank. This system allows creation of electro-discharge gap. Besides, it feeds voltage through said gap at first critical value of the latter. Note here that said voltage is applied unless said gap converged from first critical size to second critical size. Voltage feed is interrupted when said gap reached said second critical value. Tool or blank will be displaced unless third critical size is reached.
EFFECT: creation of required flow of electrolyte for simplification of tool design and/or elimination of high-pressure feed system.
