SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical working and can be used for grinding, fishing or shaped the blank as required by electrochemical processing. Claimed flexible electrochemical tools comprises cathode that can deform elastically in two or three measurements and can be adapt to the blank profile at blank displacement relative to the tool. These flexible electrochemical tools allow a flaw-detecting inspection. Besides, some of them are meant for processing of special structures, for example, angles and ribs.
EFFECT: high-efficiency flexible electrochemical processing of various-shape blanks, lower costs of flexible tool modification.
