FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of filters manufacturing out of wire materials to filter liquids and gaseous mediums, and can be also used to filer aggressive and radioactive mediums at high temperatures (up to 500°C) and pressure of the medium, and, in particular, for underground filtration of liquid and gaseous mediums during their production from drilled wells. Method of manufacturing of the filtering elements includes formation of rectangular straps out of two layers of reinforcement mesh made from wire spirals tensioned to pitch equal to spiral diameter D. In one layer of one mesh axes of spirals are parallel to the cylinder generatrix, and in another they are located in its circumferential direction, and are engaged with layers of the mesh of filler layers out of wire spirals with wire diameter d and spiral diameter D below the same of the reinforced mesh spirals, and tensioned to pitch equal to their diameter, strap is rolled in the roll, and made billet is cold pressed. At that the blank of the filtering element is made out of alternating concentric cylinders of the filler and reinforcement meshes connected with each other by the contact layer, for this for each cylinder three rectangular straps are formed. On the process central rod depending whether first cylinder is made out of filler or reinforced meshes, the filler or reinforced meshes strap is wounded made of two layer of meshes with axes of spirals parallel to the cylinder generatrix, by layer of mesh with spirals of RH twisting, then on this strap correspondingly strap of filler or reinforcement meshes is wounded made out of two layers of meshes with spirals of RH twisting, layer of mesh with spirals with axes parallel to the cylinder generatrix, and on this strap the second strap of filler or reinforced meshes is wounded made out of two layers of meshes with axes of spirals parallel to the cylinder generatrix, layer of mesh with spiral of RH twisting. On the made such cylinder similarly straps of other cylinders are wounded, alternating filler and reinforcement mesh cylinders. In contact layers of the filler meshes and reinforcement meshes direction of spirals twisting are opposite, and start and end of each strap are in adjacent radial cross-sections, and these cross-sections are uniformly distributed over the circle. The blank can be made as per the following options: with first and last cylinders made out of filler meshes, with first and last cylinders made out of reinforcement meshes, with first cylinder made out of filler meshes, and last cylinder made out of reinforcement meshes, with first cylinder made out of reinforcement meshes, and last cylinder made out of filler meshes. Then made such blank is located in the die mould, and is initially pressed by polyurethane using mass moulding in radial directions and in direction of axis of rotation of the filtering element, an then finally are pressed in direction of its axis of rotation. Pressing forces for both pressing operations are selected such that in the ready filtering element planes of the major part of spiral turns will be tangential to cone with axis coinciding with axis of rotation of the filtering element, and with set angle at cone top selected preferably from range 60° ≤ φ ≤ 90°. Cone top is first at direction of action of axial pressing force.

EFFECT: increased specific compression and tension strength of the filter, assurance of the filter operation under high pressure and temperature, increased quality of cleaning and assurance of filter regeneration.
