FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fibre stock, a solid circular sector of a turbine, a circular assembly of a turbine, to the method of fibre stock production. The stock is produced by means of 3D braiding. The stock comprises the first part that forms a base, two L-shaped parts that form tabs, each of which represents the first branch and the second branch. Two endings of the first part continue with appropriate first branches. The second part connects together two tabs by means of the first connection formed between the second part and one of two tabs, and the second connection formed between the second part and the other one from two tabs. The second part interacts with tabs and the first part to define borders of the cavity. The first and second strips are braided together, forming first branches. The stock comprises the first share of thickness of second branches and the first part, at the same time between them there is a non-bound zone, which is located in the first branches and the first part. The third braided strip forms the second part and the second share of thickness of the second branches of each tab.
EFFECT: invention provides for improved physical and mechanical parameters of products.
