DEVICE FOR PANEL MANUFACTURING WITH STIFFENERS OUT OF POLYMER COMPOSITE MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC B29C39/00 

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device contains support plate and two shaping elements, its one wall looks on the support plate, and another wall looks on side wall of the adjacent shaping element. The shaping elements are tightly connected with each other and with the support plate via the sealing cords. Each shaping element is made as hollow channel with rectangular cross-section out of metal or non-metal material. Length of each wall of the shaping element exceeds length of the panel stiffener by at least 60 mm from each side. The shaping elements are made with possibility of tight securing between each other using the cord and fasteners in form of studs with nuts, installed in holes made in side walls of the adjacent shaping elements in zones exceeding by at least 60 mm the length of the panel stiffeners, and together with the support plate create block to form base and stiffeners of the panel preform. At points of the fasteners connection with each other, and on the support plate the removable limiters are installed to ensure the set panel thickness.

EFFECT: simplification and weight reduction of the device, reduced time for assemblage and preparation for next panel forming.
