FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the technology of making integral panels and local repair of monolithic parts from a polymer composite material based on continuous organic or inorganic fibers and thermosetting matrix using double surface orthogonal vacuum infusion method (DSOVIM). Method of manufacturing or repair involves passing of two stages of successive impregnation of two parts of one layered fibrous workpiece with binder and double heating of one of parts of impregnated workpieces during manufacture or repair of panels from polymer composite material. Note here that "dry" blank is divided into two parts. At the first stage, one of the parts of the workpiece is impregnated by an orthogonal vacuum infusion process (VIOIP), heating, final polymerisation of the material of the workpiece with subsequent mechanical treatment of the obtained solidified workpiece from the polymer composite material in accordance with the design of this part of the panel. At the second stage of manufacturing the integral panel, the obtained hardened and finished workpiece is coordinated, placed on pre-laid "dry" second part of fibrous workpiece and performing the "repeated impregnation" and heating of the "dry" part of the panel blank by a combination of a surface and an orthogonal vacuum infusion process to obtain a monolithic integral panel from a polymer composite material with reinforcing longitudinal structural elements.

EFFECT: version of manufacturing and repair of monolithic integral panels shows permissible values of characteristics of static and fatigue strength of monolithic part from polymer composite materials, and this method of manufacturing and repair can be considered constant without restrictions on operational loads for the manufactured panel or repaired zone of the part.
