FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods of production of hot-rolled flat rolled steel. The method involves the following stages: provision of steel melt (S), containing in wt %: C 0.5-1.3, Mn 18-26, Al 5.9-11.5, S below 1, Cr below 8, Ni below 3, Mo below 2, N below 0.1, B below 0.1, Cu below 5, Nb below 1, Ti below 1, V below 1, Ca below 0.05, Zr below 0.1, P below 0.04, S below 0.04, iron and inevitable admixtures - rest. Steel melt (S) is poured in cast strap (G), at that thickness of the cast strap (G) is 5 mm maximum. The cast strap (G) is heated to the initial temperature of the hot rolling being 1100-1300°C, with heating rate at least 20 K/s, hot rolling of the cast strap (G) heated to the initial hot rolling temperature is performed with production of the hot-rolled strap (W), the hot-rolled strap (W) is cooled with the cooling rate at least 100 K/s to temperature <400°C. At that the cooling is started within 10 c after hot rolling. The cooled hot-rolled strap (W) is coiled in the roll (C) at coiling temperature up to 400°C.
EFFECT: production of hot-rolled flat rolled steel with low thickness, having homogenous structure.
