FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: coriolis gyroscope (1) includes an inertial system in which there can be excited oscillations parallel to the first axis; with that, there can be recorded deviation of the inertial system as a result of Coriolis force along the second axis that passes perpendicular to the first axis, and at least one first correction module (30) and at least one second correction module (40), which include a variety of fixed correction electrodes (31, 32, 41, 42) and movable correction electrodes (24, 25, 26, 27) respectively, with that, fixed correction electrodes (31, 32, 41, 42) pass in direction of the first axis and are rigidly attached to a substrate by means of the corresponding anchor structures (33, 43), and movable correction electrodes (24, 25, 26, 27) form the part of the inertial system. A method for reduction of quadrature distortion of such Coriolis gyroscope (1) involves supply to correction modules (30, 40) during at least a period of time of constant correction voltages.
EFFECT: reduction of signal distortions in a Coriolis gyroscope or a system of Coriolis gyroscopes due to reduction of contribution of incorrect orientation of elements to quadrature distortions.
