FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crushing of stones, rock and other materials to smaller fractions and shielding of the crusher working part area. Crusher (1) comprises crushing chamber (23) arranged between outer case (12) at crusher frame (2) and inner case (18) at crushing head (16) and discharge area (36). At least one bearing (20, 28) in working part area allows working head spinning relative to said frame. At least one sealing structure (37) arranged between discharge area and working part area (25) includes sealing surface (40) and seal (38). Inner and outer flexible sealing edges (48) and (50) of said seal extend in circle. Said seal comprises at least one inlet (58) to feed fluid at pressure to overpressure area (44) between said inner and outer sealing edges and sealing surface. One element of sealing elements or sealing surface is engaged with crushing head while the other element is engaged with aforesaid frame. Fluid is forced to said overpressure area to press said sealing element to sealing surface.
EFFECT: better protection against the ingress of dust and particles into crusher working area.
