SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for crushing materials and can be used in the gyratory crushers. Method of the hydraulic pressure controlling is in the hydraulic pressure lowering on the plunger second surface by discharging of the hydraulic fluid, which is in contact therewith with the possibility of moving in the first direction due to the pressure difference between the plunger first and second surfaces for the logic element switching from the closed position into the open one for the hydraulic fluid discharge from the front chamber. At that, supplying the hydraulic fluid flow from the front chamber to the second plunger surface through the first control pipe when the logic element is in the open position to move the plunger in the second direction and the logic element returning to the closed position and limiting the hydraulic fluid flow from the hydraulic fluid front chamber to the plunger second surface through the first control pipe with the possibility of the pressure reducing on the plunger second surface relative to the plunger first surface to prevent the plunger movement in the second direction and the logic element returning to the closed position. Hydraulic pressure relief valve comprises the hydraulic fluid front chamber, logic element, which plunger has first and second surfaces. At that, the at least one first control pipe is configured for the plunger second surface fluid connection to the hydraulic fluid front chamber. At that, the plunger is configured both to move in the first direction due to a pressure difference between the plunger first and second surfaces for the logic element switching from the closed position to the open position for the hydraulic fluid discharge from the front chamber, and in the second direction in response to the hydraulic fluid flow supply from the front chamber to the second plunger surface through the first control pipe to return the logic element to the closed position. Gyratory crusher system comprises a gyratory crusher, a hydraulic system, controlling the vertical position of the vertical shaft holding the crushing head and the gyratory crusher internal crushing shell and the above mentioned hydraulic pressure relief valve.
EFFECT: method and devices allow to eliminate non-crushing objects falling into the crusher crushing gap.
