It involves using L-serine as a therapeutic agent, a pharmaceutical composition containing L-serine, as well as a dermato-cosmetic composition containing L-serine as a single active agent, Avene Thermal Spring Water, glycerine and a cosmetically acceptable carrier. The L-serine concentration in the composition makes from 0.01 wt % to 10 wt % in relation to the total weight of the composition. More preferentially, the concentration makes 0.5 wt % to 3 wt % in relation to the total weight of the composition.
