SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to bacterial extract for treating inflammations and use thereof. Bacterial extract is obtained after cultivation and lysis of bacteria, deposited in CNCM April 8, 2010 under number I-4290. Wherein lysis involves centrifugation of bacterial culture and removal of supernatant, processing of obtained biomass with ultrasound power of 50–60 W, centrifugation of biomass treated with ultrasound and removal the obtained biomass, centrifugation of supernatant and sediment collection. Lysis of bacteria can also be realized by incubation of bacterial culture in alkaline medium (pH 9–11) for 5 hours at 4 °C, by centrifugation and filtration through filter of 0.2 mcm to obtain transparent solution. Obtained bacterial extract is used in effective amount as activator of TLR2, TLR4 and TLR5, or for activation of Th1 response, or for activation of Th2 response, or for activation of Th17 response, or as antagonist to PAR2. Besides, said extract is used in effective amount for preparing composition for treating or preventing inflammatory gastrointestinal diseases and diseases of oral cavity. Composition for treatment of inflammations is also disclosed, containing as active ingredient at least effective amount of bacterial extract and acceptable carrier.
