FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: fencing comprises the vertical struts. Beams located in parallel to the road bed, are fixed on struts. Reflecting elements are installed on the beams. Cases of reflecting elements are designed integrally with the beams, for this purpose rectangular holes are made in the beams with the predetermined pitch. These holes are made on three sides, and on the fourth side the carved metal is bent towards the roadway at an angle of 30…90° and used as a body of reflecting element. The end of the cut down and bent metal with length equal to its half, can be bent in the opposite direction, forming the isosceles triangle with the plane of the middle part of the beam. Reflecting substance is applied on both outer sides of the bent metal.

EFFECT: increase of the strength of attachment of reflecting element due to the elimination of stress concentrators and reduction of labour intensity of fencing manufacturing.
