FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of road construction and can be used in the construction of road guardrails. Device comprises a body made of polymer material, bounded by a working and contact surfaces. Latter is made in accordance with the configuration of the surface of a guard rails beam. Fastening element, consisting of a stud or bolt with nuts and washers, is installed into the body. Horizontal section of the body is made in the form of an isosceles trapezium, its height is 0.6…0.8 of the depth of a valley of the guard rails beam, and the angles at a larger base 60±1°. Body is made hollow with stiffeners, the ends of which together with the ends of the walls of the body form the contact surface. There is a monolithic load-bearing member in the cavity, on a lower end of which a protrusion is made. Height of the protrusion is equal to the thickness of the wall of the fence beam, and the shape corresponds to a hole in the beam, the symmetry axes of the protrusion coincide with the symmetry axes of the body. Through fixation hole is made in the load-bearing member, into which a metal bushing is inserted from the protrusion side. On the opposite side, an opening for a head or nut of the fastening element is made, the rod of which is inserted into the bushing. Reflective elements are installed into the recesses on the working surface. Latches and protrusions are made on their horizontal sides. In the grooves there are grooves corresponding to the latches and protrusions. Portable electronic chip-elements can be installed into the body.
