FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: in compliance with this process, said coating is made, moulded and cured. Protective-securing ply shell is made from capron fabric to make a jacket, its outer sides complying with rocket body inner surface with heat-insulating coating. Protective-securing ply shell is fitted via separation jacket from capron fabric on appropriate length of stiff mandrel body enveloped by rubber diaphragm. Said mandrel is fitted into said body to stretch aforesaid shell, separation jacket and rubber diaphragm by developing rarefaction between coating with rubber diaphragm and pressure inside said diaphragm. Then, said mandrel is withdrawn from the body to be placed in the furnace for vulcanisation. Body vulcanisation and cooling over, separation jacket and rubber diaphragm are withdrawn therefrom to open the hole in said coating shell over the outline of body neck.
EFFECT: lower labour input.
