FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: during fabrication of thermal-protective coating of the rocket motor body with the extended cylindrical part and with insert elements on the internal surface of the insert element of the body the coating from unvulcanised rubber is applied. The insert element is mounted on the rigid mandrel, the layers of unvulcanised rubber for forming the main massive of thermal-protective coating are applied, with further curing. Coating of insert element is vulcanised first in the separate fixture. After mounting of insert element in the rigid mandrel the layers of unvulcanised rubber are distributed edge-to-edge with layers of vulcanised coating of the insert element. During application of finishing layer of unvulcanised rubber the external surface of the insert element is covered, then the common vulcanisation is performed.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the quality of fabrication of thermal-protective coating of the rocket motor body.
