SUBSTANCE: spinning tube for formation of threads of spinning mass is proposed, in the form of a melt or a solution of natural or synthetic origin, comprising an axisymmetric inner part having a duct in the longitudinal direction, for supplying a spinning mass to the top of the spinning tube, in which at least one outlet opening is made. The axisymmetric inner part is at least partially surrounded by the axisymmetric outer part, and between the inner and outer parts in the longitudinal direction an insulating chamber is formed, in which gas, preferably air, is placed in order to create an insulating gas layer. In addition, the forming device is proposed for forming threads from a spinning mass, comprising a spinneret block and a nozzle unit located at a distance from it. In the spinneret block there are several spinning tubes according to the invention, which protrude from it and turned to the nozzle unit. The nozzle unit comprises a plurality of gas nozzles corresponding to the spinning tubes, which can accelerate the gas flow passing through the corresponding gas nozzle and surrounding the monofilament. These spinning tubes are used to make spunbonded nonwoven or yarns of polymers of natural or synthetic origin and enable to obtain the thinnest threads with an average diameter of less than 1 mcm. The threads of individual spinning tubes may also be wound similarly to yarn on the coils using conventional winders.
