FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises extending spinnerets arranged in spinneret section and accelerating nozzles, namely Laval nozzles. Said spinnerets have forming holes wherefrom forming materials escape in the form of mono fiber. Accelerating nozzles correspond to forming holes. Accelerating nozzle cross section widens behind the narrowest cross section. Proposed device comprises also gas flows feed appliance, said gas flows surrounding mono fiber and being accelerated by accelerating nozzles. Accelerating nozzle is arranged in section accommodating gas nozzles representing at least partially a plate and funnel-like recess whereto spinneret comes out in to form gas passages. Proposed device incorporates the appliance for relative displacement of the part with gas nozzles and spinneret part to allow varying gas flow channel through section and/or varying the position of aforesaid narrowest cross section of accelerating nozzles with respect to forming holes.

EFFECT: compact sizes, simple design and fast start of forming.
