SUBSTANCE: speed limitation control device for a domestic lift includes a connecting shaft (2) and two beams, each of which is located on each end of the connecting shaft (2). A set of the speed limitation control device is located on each beam. The speed limitation control device includes a speed limiter rope engagement assembly (6), a safety clamp (8) and a traction mechanism of the safety clamp, which is connected in a fixed manner to a wedge (81) of the safety clamp. The safety clamp (8) is located on the beam, and the speed limiter rope engagement assembly (6) is connected to the traction mechanism of the safety clamp by means of the connecting shaft (2). The speed limitation control device includes an emergency switch (3) electrically connected to a lift control circuit and a push plate (12) of the switch, which has a possibility of opening the emergency switch (3). The emergency switch (3) is a normally closed switch located on the beam. The push plate (12) of the switch is connected to the traction mechanism of the safety clamp.
