FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to injection mould made of composite material and to method of mould application. Proposed method comprises the steps that follow. One or more substrates are placed into mould cavity made of composite material. Mould is tightly closed with the help of mechanical fasteners. Cavity is evacuated and polymer is injected into said cavity at 0.5-3.5 bar, in particular, 1.5-2.5 bar, to impregnate said substrates with injected polymer. Mould is heated for curing of polymer to impregnate the substrate with in said cavity.
EFFECT: decreased weight and linear sizes, higher quality, accelerated moulding process.
