FIELD: chemical industry; methods and devices for production of products out of polyether.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to the methods and devices for production of products out of polyether, preferably - out of pure polyethylene terephthalate material having one or more directly coated surfaces made out of one or more layers of the reprocessed or used polyethylene terephthalate material and one or more layers of the material with good barrier characteristics to gas, from preferably silicon dioxide. The blank contains a threaded neck end made out of one layer of the pure polyether, a carcass part containing an end cover, a carcass part containing the first and the second layers. At that the second layer consists preferentially from a reprocessed polyethylene terephthalate material layer, which makes about 25-50 % of the general content of the material. The method of manufacture of a blank includes the following steps: injecting of a polyether hot melt into the cavity formed by a casting mould and the core. At that the casting mould has a threaded neck end part - at the first temperature and the carcass part - at the second temperature. The first temperature is higher, than the point of the polyether crystallization, and the second temperature is below the crystallization point of the polyether. Then they leave the polyether hot melt in a contact with a casting mould and the core for forming blanks. The carcass part is initially amorphous or hypocrystalline and the threaded neck end is initially crystalline. Extract the blank from the first casting mould and position it in the second casting mould. At that the second casting mould contains a threaded neck end part - at the first temperature and the carcass part - at the third temperature. Conduct injection of the polyethylene terephthalate material hot melt atop of the carcass part to form a double-layer blank and its extraction from the casting mould. The laminate contains a layer of the pure polyethylene terephthalate material, a layer of reprocessed polyethylene terephthalate material, and a barrier layer for a gas. The layer of the pure polyethylene terephthalate material is directly stuck to the layer of reprocessed or used polyethylene terephthalate material, and the reprocessed layer contains approximately 25-50 % of the laminate material. It is preferential, that the products have the forms of the blanks and the containers molded from them by an injection and coated at least with one layer of a barrier material. The blank contains a threaded neck end, the neck cylinder and a carcass part. At that the carcass part in addition contains an end cover, the threaded neck end, the neck cylinder, The carcass part contains the first layer made out of the pure polyether, and the carcass part in addition contains the second layer, that makes compounds about 25-50 % of the blank. At that the first and the second layers are formed by injection molding. The casting mould for making the blank includes the first and the second casting molds and the core. At that the first casting mould contains a threaded neck end part with the first system of control of the casting mould temperature and the carcass part with the second system of the temperature control, and the core having the third system of the temperature control. At that the first system of the temperature control is independent from the second and third control systems of temperatures. The threaded part is heat-insulated from the carcass part and the core. The preferential barrier materials have more low permeability for oxygen and carbon dioxides, than polyethylene terephthalate material. In addition the neck of the blanks and bottles is at least in a crystalline state, and the carcass is initially amorphous or hypocrystalline. Such structure of the blanks allows the blanks to be molded easily by injection due to the amorphous material in the carcass, at keeping the capacity to have a dimensional stability in cases of the hot filling applications. The technical result of the inventions is manufacturing of the products made with the appreciable mass percent share out of the reprocessed polyethylene terephthalate material and with a coating of surfaces of one or more layers made out of the material approved for contacts with the foodstuff and having the good characteristics of the barrier against gases.

EFFECT: the inventions ensures manufacture products made with the appreciable mass percent share out of the reprocessed polyethylene terephthalate material and having the coatings of the one or more layers surfaces made out of the material approved for contacts with the foodstuff and with the good characteristics of the barrier against gases.
