FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: formed are: the main component of a composite material and one or several secondary components of the composite material by means of two or more main moulds and one or several secondary moulds, respectively. The main component is formed by the vulcanisation of a polymer, which is poured through one or several input holes between the main moulds to soak the main substrates, located between the main moulds. One or several intermediate substrates of fibres, in particular, carbon fibres, preliminarily soaked with a polymer, are installed between the main component and/or secondary components in the mould unit, which contains the main mould and/or one or several secondary moulds, in such a way that the main component is located from one side of an intermediate substrate, and the secondary component is located from the other side of the said intermediate substrate, between the main mould and the secondary mould of the mould unit. The polymer of the intermediate substrate is vulcanised in the mould unit so that the main component and the secondary components connect with each other via intermediate substrates.
EFFECT: provision of the repeatability of characteristics of the manufactured products in serial production.
