SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in plate-type heat exchangers. A device for exchange of dissolved substances or heat exchange between at least the first and the second fluid medium flows, which contains at least the first and the second plates, each of which has a shaped surface; with that, each plate has the first end part and the second end part, which are provided with inclined intermediate surface between each channel, which have an inclination in the direction of the middle part of the corresponding plate; with that, inclined intermediate surfaces are located on one level with the outer upper surface of the channels. Each plate has the first side end part and the second side end part; with that, the first side end part has cross distance that is bigger than the second side end part.
EFFECT: improving heat exchange efficiency.
