FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: system is used for edible compositions or food products moulding during their movement along the conveyor belt. Food products are formed by means of an ultrasonic rotation wheel including one or more cutting tools. The tools perform cutting and three dimensional moulding of a food product strip. The system may include a mobile support plate positioned lower than the point where the food product stripe is cut with the ultrasonic rotation wheel. The mobile support plate is spring-actuated and may apply force upwards against the conveyor belt and, in its turn, against the food product.
EFFECT: inventions group usage will allow to enhance the food product manufacture quality.
