FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: processing of said materials including carbonization catalyst containing boron including heating to 450-2400°C and cooling at continuous feed of material through heating zone. Note here that said heating is performed in isolated reaction zones: low-temperature zone with heating to 450°C and high-temperature zone with heating to 1200-2400°C. Material is cooled between the steps of heating in air and flushing in water. Volatile pyrolysis products released at heating to 450°C and removed from low-temperature zone in direction of material feed while those released at heating to 1200-2400°C are removed from high-temperature reaction zone in opposite direction and separately. Besides, cooled material is carried between two said steps in timed rate at both high- and low-temperature steps. Material containing carbonization catalyst is cooled between said steps is performed by flushing in water at 70-100°C for 20-30 minutes and, then dried at not over 70°C for not over 30 minutes.
