FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises obtaining the composition based on the protein-vitamin component previously prepared by drying, its mixing with a binder and forming the granules. The protein-vitamin component is used as flour of legume hay of natural drying, and the binder is used as sapropel of natural moisture content, taken in a weight ratio of flour:sapropel = 1:1. Then the value of the average moisture content in the composition is adjusted to 8-10 %.
EFFECT: obtaining the product of high biological value, namely with high content of carotene and ergocalciferol and enriched with minerals, at lower energy consumption.
