FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to a method for preparation of fodders based on a soya protein component. The protein-vitamin-mineral fodder product preparation method involves a preliminarily pre-processed protein and vitamin-mineral components dosing with subsequent mixing, granules moulding and drying. The protein component is represented by full fat soya bean flour while the vitamin-mineral component is represented by sapropel with natural moisture content, the weight ratio being 1:1. Granules are moulded, diameter being 2-4 mm; drying is performed within the range of 200°C under active ventilation till the moisture content is equal to 8-10%.
EFFECT: invention implementation ensures manufacture of protein-vitamin-mineral product with increased biological and fodder value along with relatively low cost.
