SUBSTANCE: group of inventions represents a system for oral care, comprising a device for oral care with a head and a handle, having a longitudinal axis, and one or more oral cavity surface engaging elements and comprising a dispensing device with a reservoir for oral care substance and an applicator for dispensing a substance for oral care from the reservoir. The dispensing device is made with the ability to move between (i) the storage state in which the applicator or the dispensing end of the dispensing device are embedded in the handle, and (ii) the state of application in which the applicator or the dispensing end extends outwardly from the handle. The main part of the handle comprises a base part at the distal end of the handle and the first and the second flanges extending from the base part to the proximal end of the handle. The flanges extend along the longitudinal axis at a distance from each other to form a space between the inner surfaces of the flanges, and the dispensing device is mounted with the ability of rotation between the flanges.
