FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: pump unit consists of engine, support plate, shafting, chamber with sealing fluid arranged between two end seals and sealing fluid control device. sealing fluid level control device vessel is mounted directly at pump unit support plate and comprises bypass tube with top edge located above normal level to discharge excess fluid there through.
EFFECT: fluid circulation, reduced pressure upstream of top end seal at leaks downstream of end seal.
