FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: to repair damages in complex technical systems the technical state of the components of complex technical system (CTS) is checked, faults are isolated to level of changeable components of bottom level of subdivision, repair of fault components by aggregate method, i.e. replacement of fault changeable components by good components from set of spares, and check of operability restoration of repaired components and changeable components. If component structures are damaged the damaged places are treated for installation in them of the inserts, and protection by cover plates. Copying of damage contours is performed using tracing paper or transparent film. The damage recorded contours and dimensions are transmitted to the appropriate blanks. The inserts and cover plates treated along the recorded contours and dimensions are installed at damaged places. Strength and integrity of structure, air parameters inside the repaired structures of the components are restored, works are performed relating operability restoration of the operational equipment.

EFFECT: efficiency and quality of works relating damages repair in component structures.
