FIELD: salvage operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to emergency rescuer outfit, in particular - that of rescuers engaged in rescue and salvage operations under the conditions of natural and technogenic emergencies causing destruction of facilities as well as under conditions of pillage of highly inflammable liquids associated with explosions and fires. The disadvantage of conventional rescuer kits and clothes consists in comparatively low degree of protection against explosions and fire. The kit for a rescuer operating under emergency conditions contains a light protective rescuer suit with a vest protecting against electromagnetic radiation; the suit contains trousers with protective stockings, a shirt with a hood, two-finger gloves and a helmet liner; the trousers are sewn together with the stockings that end in a rubber vamp with overshoes whereto tie-strings for attachment to the feet are sewn; additionally provided for is a vest for protection against electromagnetic radiation that consists of a textile lining bonded to protective shell; there are resilient framework posts fixed inside the lining with the help of fixtures on the waist belt while the protective shell is attached to the resilient framework posts; the protective shell consists of three layers; the first layer turned towards the environment surrounding the operator is treated with a foamy polyfunctional composition for degasation, disinfection, desinsection, deactivation and shielding of surfaces, volumes and facilities to protect them against hazardous agents and substances with foam where the foam liquid medium is represented by a solution of clathrate of didecyldimethylammonium halogenide with carbamide as the active substance in an amount of 0.1 - 5 wt % while clathrate of didecyldimethylammonium halogenide with carbamide is represented by clathrate of didecyldimethylammonium chloride with carbamide and/or clathrate of didecyldimethylammonium bromide with carbamide One may use a composition where the clathrate of didecyldimethylammonium halogenide with carbamide is represented by clathrate of didecyldimethylammonium bromide with carbamide; the outfit additionally contains a mobile fire extinguishing plant containing a portable fire extinguishing means represented by a stored-pressure fire extinguisher filled with a non-combustible liquid and equipped with a manually lock-start gear, the liquid supply system and a foam generator; additionally, there is a gas (air) supply system that includes a microswitch mounted on the lock-start gear so that when the fire extinguisher is started, immediate start of the compact generator takes place, the compressor powered from a portable battery package; the foam generator contains a cylindrical body with a hole for delivery of foaming reagent from the fire extinguisher with a coaxial cylindrical sleeve rigidly connected to the body with three inner cavities made inside the latter, serially interconnected and coaxial to the body: a confusor, a cylindrical cavity ejecting air through at least three tangential channels made therein, and a diffuser connected to the sleeve with two rows of tangential channels ejecting air made in the latter along the edge; the sleeve butt-end opposite to the diffusor is covered with a round plate with whole perforation with the help of a swivel nut.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of protection of the rescuer under emergency conditions associated with explosions and fires.
