FIELD: rescue equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to individual protective equipment of a person and is designed for rescue and salvage operations and repair operations in extreme conditions, in particular the effects of gaseous and liquid phases of aggressive chemically hazardous substances (ACHS) at the chemical industry enterprises, as well as under conditions of clear the rubble, requiring long-term work with vibro-active tool, for example perforator, demolition hammer, as well as under conditions of low temperatures. The protective clothing of the rescuer consists of trousers with protective stockings, a shirt with hood, mittens and balaclava, at that the trousers are sewn together with the stockings ending with a rubber vamp with boots, which are sewn to ribbon for attachment to the feet, at that at the upper part of the trousers there are shoulder straps and semirings, and the shirt is combined with a hood, at that at the back its lower cut the intermediate strap is sewn, which is passed between the legs and fastened with a button at the lower part of the shirt in front, and the sleeves end with loops that are worn on the thumb after putting on the mittens, at that on the sleeves of his shirt there are cuffs form-fitting the wrist, and the hood is fixed on the neck with a tape and a plastic peg, at that the lower part of the shirt is tight with elastic ribbon and is provided with the crotch strap and trousers are held by two straps and buckles of semirings and fixed at the bottom with straps, at that it is additionally provided with protective vest against electromagnetic radiation, at that the protective casing is made of three layers, at that it is additionally provided with a respirator comprising concentric pleated filter, which peripheral ring passes into a conical surface, while the obturator is made in the form of an annular inflatable bladder of elastic material, at that for the sealed connection of the termination of the conical surface of the filter with the obturator, the respirator is provided with a frame made of elastically flexible material in the shape of a truncated cone with the functional holes at the side surface, on which one side using a ring of elastic material the filter is fixed, and on the other side by pinching a part of the inflatable bladder with the annular trough-shaped termination of the frame, the obturator is fixed, and the mittens are made vibration-protecting, and the shoes of the rescuer for work under conditions of low temperatures is made of felt, comprising a bootleg, a foot part and the main sole placed on the lower side of the foot part, at that the protective sole which is located on the lower side of the main sole is made of EVA material or of compound of EVA with rubber, or the compound of EVA with PVC, or a compound of EVA with polyethylene, and additionally comprises a removable insole, which is made with heating from ethylene vinylacetate or other elastic material, and in the heel part of the insole a piezoelectric element is glued of piezo-rubber, for example of polydimethylsiloxane with thickness of 2.5÷5 mm, with a size of 10×10 mm, at that it is placed in a protective casing, and the heating filament is connected to at least one piezoelectric element located in the zone of the heel and/or toe.

EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of work of rescuers under conditions of low temperatures.
