SUBSTANCE: this vehicle comprises wheels, pedal drive engaged therewith, at least one motor coupled with vehicle wheel via mechanical gearing or directly, and control system. The latter comprises reversible transducer for control over motor rpm and/or torque, storage battery and control component. The latter incorporates the selector of "run - free run - charge" modes coupled with speed selector and brake current. Reversible transducer is equipped with storage battery consumed current sensor, storage battery charge and discharge limiting currents and comparator of actual and ultimate current of storage battery. Comparator output influences via communication assembly the reversible transducer current limiter.

EFFECT: possibility of storage battery charging in motion, longer service life.
