FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a cutting body designed as a rotating disk. On the disk elastic and deformable pins are fixed in two rows. The pins are placed on concentric circles. On the lower ends of pins the cutting elements of knife type are rigidly fixed. Pins are made from a piece of steel cable. The amounts of pins in rows are the same. The cutting elements are rigidly attached to one pin from each row.
EFFECT: device reduces the specific cutting resistance and increases productivity of roadbed cleaning due to connection of each pin of the same row with the common cutting element with a pin of the second row.
